•  The improved interface and extensibility of the new Report Generation Plug-in enable improved performance, allow improved feedback on background data collection process, and include the powerful and convenient “Gather now” data collection feature.

•  Expanded proactive device management in the latest version of Report Generation Plug-in allows administrators to create real time device inventory reports and enables simplex/duplex usage reporting by user.

•  Automated usage notification capability sends e-mail reports to managers or administrators to let them know the users printing color listed by color volume.  This reduces frivolous printer usage and decreases supplies expenses.

•  Through supplies reordering forecasting and supplies use reports you can improve your visibility into the usage of supplies in you environment.  These reports will assist you in maximizing your supplies usage and ensure you have the supplies when you need them, thus reducing waste and expense

•  RGP ’s “predictive” supplies re-ordering capability ensures you’ll have the printing supplies you need—right when you need them.  Just decide which devices you’d like tacked, and RGP will automatically send periodic reports letting you know what supplies you’ll need in what quantifies.  If you choose to order at the time, just click to submit the pre-populated online form to HP SureSupply or the vendor of your choice, and the supplies you need will be on their way.
